Aleafia Health completes biggest order of adult-use cannabis till date
  • More than 13,000 cannabis plants are currently being cultivated at Port Perry Outdoor Facility, which also includes its newly licensed Zone 2.
  • The latest order exceeds Aleafia Health’s total 2018 revenues from sale of cannabis.

Aleafia Health Inc., a Toronto based cannabis health and wellness company, has reportedly announced that one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Emblem Cannabis Corporation, completed the biggest order of adult-use cannabis ever in the company’s history.

The total value of the cannabis order is projected to bring on proceeds through the sale exceeding more than $1.0 million, and has already been delivered to a Canadian local government for distribution to retail customers and online.

This order features about 17 individual product SKUs and all the company’s product formats. Aleafia Health’s median monthly gross income generated through the sale of cannabis products now significantly and constantly surpasses equivalent income generated throughout Aleafia Health’s 2018 yearly reporting period.

The CEO of Aleafia Health, Geoffrey Benic stated that the company’s largest sale of cannabis is a testament to the consistent growth of the company as it grows and refines its vertically-integrated manufacturing supply chain in three facilities. Geoffrey further stated that this was just the beginning, with the upcoming catalysts on horizon, there is immense room for consistent growth of Aleafia Health.

Aleafia Health is also expected to relentlessly concentrate its efforts on increasing its product supply, consistently enabling for the global scale of the company’s cannabis wellness and health ecosystem. The company seems thrilled with the substantial growth of cannabis sales till date, which also includes a recent major boost in product sales and registered medical patients. 

Meanwhile, the company’s Cultivation License application for its state-of-the-art, automated Niagara Greenhouse in Grimsby, Ontario is now formally under Health Canada review. Moreover, there are currently more than 13,000 cannabis plants being cultivated at Aleafia Health’s Port Perry Outdoor Grow plant, which also includes its newly licensed Zone 2.
