American Furniture Warehouse to offer engaging digital receipts

American Furniture Warehouse, one of the leading furniture retail firms in the U.S, has reportedly selected flexEngage, a prominent player in personalized transactional communications, for offering dynamic digital receipts to all American furniture in-store shoppers.

Usually, customers of American Furniture Warehouse prefer shopping through online and physical stores and are mostly attracted by its reasonably priced quality furnishings. Apart from the American Furniture Warehouse, flexEngage has also prior worked with eminent brands like Eastern Mountain Sports and Bob’s Stores. Reportedly, the main aim to opt flexEngage was to deliver a more customer-friendly, personalized printed offers for the northeastern United States customers of Bob’s Stores and Eastern Mountain Sports.

Apparently, consumers would enjoy the option to attain personalized printed offers as per their exclusive purchase behavior. Besides, Bob’s printed bills would see the incorporation of Best of Bob’s™ loyalty rewards initiative, as well as, other new and convenient avenues to promote a more personalized engaging customer experience. the move would also offer other features like return to shop online or in-store and important feedback.

According to Kris Viner, Marketing Manager, Bob’s Stores, the company provides a rewards program where shoppers earn incentives from their purchases and when a user records 200 points, the company would send them a reward.
