Eruptr acquires HealthAware to expand suite of healthcare solutions

Eruptr LLC, a leading provider of a full suite of digital marketing solutions for healthcare systems and hospitals, has recently announced its acquisition of HealthAware, LLC. The acquisition was strategically made to expand Eruptr’s existing suite of technology offerings and services to the healthcare sector.

HealthAware, which is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, is a market leader in offering the growing field of patient engagement and health risk assessment solutions. The company’s innovative technology platform has driven the growth of various healthcare organizations, by significantly raising awareness of disease risk factors, engaging with the patients, as well as influencing the patients to take proper care to attain improved health conditions. It has witnessed robust economic growth, with its remarkable track record of lending healthcare services to a large client base, including various healthcare systems and hospitals across the United States.
