Fluent Commerce and BORN Group enter into a global partnership deal

BORN Group, a prominent digital agency that focuses on enterprise commerce and experience management solutions, has recently signed a global partnership deal with cloud-native distributed order management platform, Fluent Commerce.

By delivering real-time inventory information, Fluent Commerce platform would permit retailers to gain a comprehensive overview of their inventory while delivering maximum transparency to the end-consumers, claim sources.

As for users, it would get their orders done quickly and more effectively. Retailers would be able to minimize the cost of fulfillment and deliver enhanced customer service as well, leading to increased customer retention and sales.

For the uninitiated, Fluent Commerce offers vital functionalities to retailers, such as order collection flexibility, delivery, courier shipping, and returns. Additionally, Fluent Commerce possesses the ability to plug into several third-party platforms and technologies like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento and SAP Commerce.

Speaking on the move, Dilip Keshu, CEO, BORN Group, said that the company is delighted with the addition of Fluent Commerce in BORN’s list of partners. The company is always searching for avenues that might allow it to offer modern industry-strong solutions to users.

ERP, order management systems (OMS) and CRM are some of the prominent elements of its record portfolio, and Fluent, which is a front running OMS, would play a crucial role in its ability to deliver channel-connected orchestration, added Keshu.

As per Jamie Cairns, V.P of Global Channel Sales, Fluent Commerce, the company is excited to collaborate with BORN Group in sophisticated delivery of omnichannel solutions for brands and retailers that are directly selling to costumers.

The integration of BORN's experience in delivering the world's most engaging and comprehensive customer experiences by employing SAP, Adobe's commerce platforms & Salesforce along with its top-tier pedigree would further get streamlined with the help of the company's Distributed Order Management System, claims Cairns.
