Nobel & FreedomPay to provide users a more efficient ordering process

Nobel, the on-premise experience platform that optimizes food and beverage operations for locations and improves customer experience has reportedly announced its partnership with FreedomPay, a leading global customer-centric business payments platform, to offer Nobel’s Android and iOS app users an enhanced ordering experience and increased security.

For the record, Nobel is an advanced mobile food and drink ordering platform that provides customers a mobile payment option across its nationwide network of entertainment venues including arenas, bowling lanes, stadiums, breweries, and more. Integrating FreedomPay’s service to the Nobel platform will offer an enterprise payment functionality which provides users the assurance that their data is protected and assists in preventing the risks of data breaches, cited credible sources.

Matt Draper, Chief Operations Officer of Nobel, stated that the company’s topmost priority is offering satisfying user-experience for guests and venues. He further elaborated that with FreedomPay’s integration, the company will be able to offer customers a user-friendly platform to order food and beverages at events and provide venues an upgraded system that increases sales and concession efficiency. This partnership will further facilitate on-premise engagement between consumers and venues, which is a true value addition, Draper said.

Through FreedomPay, Nobel’s clients will have access to a secure environment to gather customer credit card data and perform payment processing safely through FreedomPay’s Point-to-Point Encryption payment platform authenticated by PCI, along with trending technologies like EMV and Contactless. Moreover, extensive incorporation at the dealer’s POS will enable all concession vendors in Nobel’s client venues to access the enhanced mobile payment platform, FreedomPay stated in its press release.

According to Chris Kronenthal, President and CTO of FreedomPay, the platform provides digital payment capabilities that supports vendors at varied sites. Meanwhile, people seeking entertainment would like to focus on their event, thereby requiring easy & efficient ordering and payment services. Consequently, FreedomPay’s integration offers topnotch on-premise digital ordering system which is both simple and secure, Kronenthal added.
