St. Louis based CQS signs LOI to purchase Remote Dosimetry Services

Crux Quality Solutions LLC, renowned for the development of radiation oncology software products and services, has reportedly planned to acquire Remote Dosimetry Services LLC (RDS). A Letter of Intent (LOI) has been signed by CruxQS to acquire the Lucedale based dosimetry and physics support service provider, plausibly to tap the latter’s incredible service offerings.

According to Dharanipathy Rangaraj, the CEO of Crux Quality Solutions, states that RDS has a record of providing world-class remote dosimetry & physics support solutions to its customers. Crux looks forward to integrating these services into its FlowBoard platform, he further declares.

RDS boasts of a widespread customer base across the U.S. and includes few of the major cancer institutes of the country. The company also provides many treatment-planning alternatives ranging from overflow coverage to complete dosimetry solutions. The physics support solutions include commissioning new linacs, remote medical physics solutions, testing services, and design & implementation of QA projects.

Authentic sources cite that presently, FlowBoard TM is used & piloted at key cancer institutes as well as universities, assisting radiation oncology departments to increase proficiency in their operations. The Crux tool also supports these academic institutions in streamlining their workflow procedures.

Sridhar Yaddanapudi, Co-Founder of Crux Quality Solution, has stated that integrating RDS’s remote dosimetry solutions into the company’s FlowBoardTM platform will not only enhance the overall service efficiency, but will also better client and patient experience.

Alex Plowman, the CEO of RDS, has asserted that CruxQS is currently at the forefront of developing radiation oncology products & effective service models. The firm looks forward to providing highly disruptive service offerings empowered through advanced technology in order to fulfill the unmet needs in radiation oncology services.

For the uninitiated, Crux Quality Solutions, LLC is a software product design and services company that focuses exclusively on oncology. Apart from FlowBoard, CruxQS' service offerings include Equate, SafetyNet, and OnDemand Dosimetry.
