Anta & HAI ROBOTICS to unveil third warehouse automation project

HAI ROBOTICS, a global leader in ACR (Autonomous Case-handling Robotic) system for warehouse logistics has launched a new project in warehouse automation with Anta, a leading sportswear brand.

The new project will be unveiled in April in the Xiamen-based company’s new warehouse in Foshan, Guangdong Province. It will be the third project between the two firms, marking the continuous progress of HAI ROBOTICS in warehouse automation, apparel, and footwear sector.

The joint project will enable the robot maker to help Anta in accommodating increasing orders using the advanced autonomous solution. Using the ACR system of HAI, the nine-meter-high warehouse will attain high storage density to provide nearly 30,240 locations, with a daily expected throughput of 128,000 units.

Anta, being the official sponsor of the Winter Olympics and Paralympics held in Beijing, has been increasing deals that have mounted immense pressure on warehouse logistics.

According to Anta Group’s General Manager of Logistics Chen Jiancong, the company considers HAI ROBOTICS as a crucial long-term collaborator as the companies have shared ambitions in smart warehousing.

Similarly, The Chief Executive Officer and Founder of HAI ROBOTICS Richie Chen expressed that Anta is one of the topmost crucial global clients of the company and these firms are provided with specialized services.

HAI ROBOTICS is currently handling dozens of projects for top apparel and footwear brands. Anta awarded the company the best strategic supplier title to showcase how the ACR system helped it attain high-level efficiency.

Talking about the ACR system, it is worth noting that it was first installed in Anta’s warehouse in Chengdu, Sichuan Province of Southwestern China in April 2021.

With nearly 25 customized HAIPICK robots doing retrieving and case picking from shelves to continuous goods feeding to picking stations, the storage density of the 5.7-meter-high warehouse increased substantially to provide nearly 27,600 locations. It can manage around 80,000 outbound order units per day.
