Bringg partners with Uber to accelerate retail delivery experiences

Bringg, a leading delivery logistics solution provider, has recently announced its partnership with Uber, a transport company, to enhance the retail delivery experience for the global customers.

Under this partnership, which covers the B2B and retail sectors, the logistics service provider’s customers will gain seamless access to the drivers via Uber Direct. This service ensures same-day or next-day delivery without compromising on the delivery elements such as quality, visibility, measurement, and branding.

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the e-Commerce industry and retail delivery have been experiencing a considerable surge. There has also been a need for businesses to rely on on-demand crowdsourcing options to meet the escalating delivery fulfillment needs of the customers. In order to ensure order fulfillment, retailers must optimize driver engagement and delivery workflows.

According to Niko Avrutov, Vice President of Alliances at Bringg, retailers must look for ways to cope with the new normal due to the pandemic. The company’s recent partnership with Uber will offer more flexibility to the retailers in the delivery process, as it will allow rapid order delivery at any time or place, thereby maintaining healthy business and enhancing customer experiences.

In addition, the recent partnership will expand the delivery network of Bringg as well as help the customers manage & measure driver fleets from a single platform. Additionally, the customers will also gain key capabilities such as driver tracking for high visibility and synchronized driver arrival & order prep, while maintaining the brand excellence. The deal will allow a seamless launch of Uber Direct to retailers and in turn, boost the time to market.

Uber Direct can provide various businesses access to flexible delivery solutions. By leveraging the platform, the customers of Bringg can effectively handle the on-demand delivery orders that are placed through a website or app, enhancing the end-to-end customer experiences.
