NielsenIQ unveils SaaS solution to measure ROI & monetize assets

NielsenIQ Consumer LLC, an information services company, has reportedly launched NielsenIQ Activate, a SaaS (software-as-a-service) solution.

This retail media solution will allow retailers to expedite revenue opportunities through comprehensive customer insights and retail media that provide shoppers with customized promotional offers.

NielsenIQ Activate includes separate applications for building hyper-targeted audiences, ads and offer management, and comprehensive measurement.

The SaaS tool, which is part of the NielsenIQ Connect platform, will enable retailers to create sustainable opportunities by monetizing their assets of retail media across digital and physical channels.

Furthermore, retailers will be able to boost authenticity with brands and notify them of the information they need to command the attention of their consumers, act on this information, and evaluate the ROI of their channel-wide activities.

Xavier Facon, Global Head of Retail Media at NielsenIQ expressed that the company is dedicated to continuing its legacy by establishing next-gen retail and consumer measurement.

Facon added that NielsenIQ Activate inculcates the ability to attain a deeper customer perspective across all channels and acquire insights into the opportunities and risks for advertisements on one platform.

Identifying the differences of each retailer, NielsenIQ Activate provides retailers the ability to integrate retail media and the pliability to consolidate it into their independent ecosystems.

Moreover, retailers will be able to develop accurate audiences and personas across thousands of consumer attributes and gain distinct consumer-centric omnichannel information to make better decisions.

It also decreases the launch time and measures real-time, customized consumer engagements across external and owned media as well as brand alignment on consumer need to optimize media monetization.

NielsenIQ Activate will combine capabilities from the latest acquisitions CiValue and Precima to bolster customized abilities that are crucial to the core capabilities of NielsenIQ, which the retail sector depends on for important personalized experiences and decision-making.
